Device Trade-In Program

A customer may Trade-In a device that is in “good” condition, based on the Trade-In Guidelines, for a credit toward the customer’s invoice.

Guidelines


The trade-in value will be determined after the condition of the device has been confirmed.

Once the trade-in value has been determined, a retail credit will be applied directly to your account within 60 days of eligible trade-in

Flawless Condition - MUST MEET ALL CONDITIONS
  • Works perfectly
  • No noticeable flaws, still in its package or looks like new
  • Has zero scratches
  • Has no dust under the glass

Good Condition
  • Your phone is in great working order with some minor cosmetic signs of wear
  • Your phone has no cracks or missing buttons (power, home, ringer, and/or volume)

Broken - WILL NOT ACCEPT
  • Does not power on
  • Broken or cracked LCD screen or glass
  • Missing buttone (power, home, ringer, volumer)
  • Broken or cracked hardware (charging ports, casing, etc.)
  • Housing separation
